Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn or unused
- with tags
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
To begin a return request, customers should first contact the fulfilment provider associated with their order where applicable.
Please note that returns must be approved before items are sent back. Return instructions and addresses may vary depending on the fulfilment partner and product ordered.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Print-on-Demand Fulfilment
Many products sold through Feral Quill are fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners including Printful and YourDesign.
As many items are produced specifically to order, slight variations in colour, placement, or production timing may occasionally occur.
For standard merchandise issues, customers may be directed to the fulfilment provider responsible for production and shipping.

Damages & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact the relevant fulfilment provider immediately if:
- the item is defective
- damaged
- incorrect
- or arrives with a production issue
The issue will be reviewed and resolved as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- personalised or custom products
- gift cards
- sale items
- perishable goods
- hazardous materials or flammable products
- personal care items
Due to the nature of print-on-demand fulfilment, we are unable to accept returns for:
- incorrect size choices made by the customer
- buyer’s remorse
- minor variations inherent to the production process
However, defective or incorrectly fulfilled items will absolutely be reviewed and resolved.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
- request a return for the original item
- wait for the return to be approved
- place a new order for the replacement item
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still be:
- unworn or unused
- in original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

- processing times may vary between banks and payment providers
- if more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, customers should contact the relevant fulfilment provider first
