Feral Quill by Hannah Calver works with trusted print-on-demand fulfilment partners including Printful and YourDesign to produce and ship many of our products.

Some items, including signed books, bundles, gift boxes, or limited special editions, may be packed and shipped directly by Feral Quill by Hannah Calver.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

  • product type
  • fulfilment partner
  • destination country
  • customs processing
  • seasonal demand
  • carrier delays

Processing Times

Most print-on-demand merchandise is made to order.

Typical processing times are:

  • Apparel & accessories: 2–7 business days
  • Mugs & speciality items: 3–8 business days
  • Signed books & bundles: processing times may vary

Please note that during launches, promotions, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.


Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United Kingdom

  • Typically 2–5 business days

United States

  • Typically 5–10 business days

International Orders

  • Typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has shipped.

Some orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages if fulfilled by different production partners.


Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges required by their country.

Feral Quill by Hannah Calver is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned or lost, additional shipping charges may apply.
